Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Some items may not be eligible for return, such as personalized items and gift cards.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@lolbod.ca to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your message.
Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to request an exchange authorization.
Once your exchange is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the original item(s) and place a new order for the desired item(s).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
